Münster

Münster is the 10th largest city in North Rhine-Westphalia with more than 315,000 inhabitants.
With about 65,000 students, the city is one of the 10 largest university cities in Germany and is also known as a cycling city because of the huge number of cyclists. Münster is home to the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. Münster is also known for its historical centre, where, among other things, the Peace of Munster was signed.
There are many notable sights in Münster, such as the historic town hall, the LWL Museum of Art and Culture or St Paul’s Cathedral, and you can sail on the Aasee.
